Refund Policy

Our refund policy is subject to the terms and conditions of this form. In order to receive a refund , you MUST return the item unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

Please send us an email at [email protected] or call us at (855) 706-8652 and we will provide you with a return label. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow 14 to 21 business working days for the processing of your return to it's original form of payment. Depending on the financial institution of the card you used, will determine the transaction. Please check with your financial institution. 


Please keep in mind when you are returning items, you should consider using a shipping service to track your item and purchase shipping insurance. You are responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
